Returns Policy
1. Please do not send shipments to our Blackstone address. We will charge booksellers an additional 10% of the return amount for extra handling. 2. Please return damaged/defective books at once. All claims/discrepancies of any kind must be reported in writing within 20 days from date of invoice. 3. Overstock returns: Prior permission is not required. Please include the Lyceum invoice number; it is required, and books without publisher’s billing data are not returnable for credit. 4. Period of eligibility for returns: Up to 12 months from date of invoice. 5. Please remove labels and markings. Books must be resalable as new. We cannot give credit on books in poor condition that cannot be sold as new. If you would like the unsalable books returned to you, send a FedEx or UPS Call Tag to: Lyceum Books, c/o Ware-Pak, 2427 Bond Street, University Park, IL 60466 within thiry days of our notification disallowing credit. Damaged books remaining in our warehouse after thirty days are subject to disposal. 6. Full credit toward future purchases is allowed on acceptable returns. No overstock returns are allowed on accounts with past-due balances. We do not make cash refunds. 7. The number of copies of a title returned should not exceed 50% of the number of copies of that title listed on a Lyceum invoice covering books returned. We reserve the right to charge customers an additional 10% if we agree to accept back for credit 50% or more of books shipped. 8. Lyceum is not responsible for books of other publishers returned to us in error, and we expressly repudiate all responsibility for Lyceum books sent to us contrary to the above conditions. 9. (d) Minimum order for billing on open account is $100.00 net. (e) Hardbound bindings (when available) are shipped on all orders, unless paperbound is specifically requested on purchase order.
